The site Kraftwerk Influence states the artist as Severo Lombardoni. This album "Boing Boom Tschak: A Tribute to Kraftwerk" was released in 1994 and includes several Kraftwerk covers and a few remix tracks.
The site Keepwerking states the label number, but as well: "Cover and Originals by unknown artist. Very Bad!". Track and year information as stated in an ebay offer of the bootleg in 2003.
So: not really a CD to die for....
